Josh Sammons is our Senior Pastor and has been serving in this role since January 2020. Josh is from Clanton, Alabama and holds a Bachelors of Science from Auburn University in Building Science and a Master of Divinity with a Specialization in Expository Preaching from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Josh also holds a Doctor of Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Josh enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and anything outdoors. Josh is happily married to Erica and they are the proud parents of three children: Cely, Katy and Lacy.

Stephen Chambers is our Youth Director. He has been serving at Rocky Creek Baptist
Church in the youth and children’s ministry since 2011. Stephen is from New Site,
Alabama. He has three diplomas in biblical studies from Samford University’s Ministry
Training Institute. He is married to April Chambers and has two wonderful kids, Jax and
Waverly.
